The development features two properties, comprising five (5) high physical support one-bedroom Villas, with the second property comprising four (4) fully accessible one-bedroom Villas. Both properties include Overnight Onsite Assistance (OOA) to ensure 24/7 access to SIL support. Each Villa is self-contained including its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living space and courtyard. These villas also have a shared laundry.

Situated close to in central Morwell and the retail precinct, this property is in close proximity to local shops, restaurants, pharmacy and medical centers. The property is a 15 minute to nearby Traralgon including Latrobe Regional Health.
