Claro provide a full range of care and disability support services you need for a bright future.

Disability supports that fit your needs

In-home disability support

Support for everyday tasks such as personal care including showering, dressing and getting ready for the day, or everyday household tasks, like meal preparation, grocery shopping and cleaning– so you can live safely and independently in your own home.  

Claro offers Supported Independent Living (SIL) for NDIS participants who require help or supervision for daily tasks. Claro can also connect you with supported disability accommodation, including specialist disability accommodation.

24/7 complex care
Specialist disability support for those with complex care requirements, including overnight assistance, support with personal care routines or live-in supports.

Community participation 

Participate in your community and achieve your goals with support from Claro. We help with travel and transport, participating in activities to look after your health, fitness and wellbeing, and support to access clubs, activities and programs. 

Accessing disability supports  

We work with most major Australian funders of aged care and disability supports including the NDIS, TAC, WorkCover, iCare, LSA, ICWA, Home Care Packages (HCP) and more.  

Claro Aged Care and Disability Services charges for all supports as per the current NDIS Price Guide.  This includes the Temporary Transition Payment (TTP) for applicable services.

Your in-home Disability Support Services

Our in-home disability support services are designed to allow you to live safely and independently in your home.  We can provide you following tailored services, to meet your needs: 

  • Personal care such as showering, dressing and getting ready for the day 
  • Support with everyday household tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping and cleaning   
  • Support to help take your medications   
  • Help with transport arrangements to appointments, activities or learning to use public transport  
  • Support to connect with friends, access the community, clubs, activities and programs or starting a new hobby   
  • Assisting you to look after your health and fitness   
  • Access to therapy and clinical services, like speech pathology or physiotherapy  
  • Post-hospital care and recovery support 
  • Extra services for complex medical conditions following review of your clinical needs

Community participation

Claro can support you to increase your social and community participation, while building your capacity and skills for independent living. We aim to partner clients and participants with like-minded support workers so that you can build connections in your community, learn a new skill, participate in recreational activities or explore a new hobby.

Supported Independent Living

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a NDIS support so you can live in accommodation with other people, or on your own, and receive support and services to live life on your terms. Our team provide the in-home supports needed for you with our ‘Supported Independent Living’ (SIL) service.

Our SIL services are focused on making sure we support you to achieve what you want and be part of an inclusive community. 

SIL is different to Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), which refers to living in a physical house and is funded separately.
