The homes feature wide doorways, step-free access, and wheelchair-friendly layouts to ensure easy mobility throughout.

All homes are assistive technology ready, with ceiling hoist provisions and emergency power backup for added safety. Modern finishes, built-in wardrobes, and individual climate control enhance comfort, while flexible layouts allow residents to personalise their living space.

In addition to NDIS SDA-funded residents, we are considering participants with Appendix H, SIL-only, or TAC funding, subject to matching and suitability assessments. One of the homes is TAC registered and tailored to the needs of TAC-funded individuals.
