This Specialist Disability Accommodation in Carnegie is by Project Friday who will be delivering 15 architecturally designed luxury apartments in the heart of Carnegie.

The Carnegie activity centre is connected by a range of transport modes, including trains, trams, buses, pedestrian networks and roads. A recently refurbished train station can provide access to the CBD within 20 minutes.

With an offering of high physical and fully accessible apartments, that come fully equipped with customisable kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, and wheelchair accessible private outdoor areas, as well as an additional guest powder room.

A two-way communications system enables participants to contact support workers located in the separate Overnight Onsite Accommodation when required.

The spaciously designed and light filled apartments achieve Platinum level certification under Liveable Housing Design Guidelines and meet high Physical Support design requirements under the NDIS.
