The house is an older style home with 3-bedrooms – 2 for residents and 1 used for Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) ensuring access to 24/7 onsite SIL support. The shared space includes a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area and a covered patio and a sunroof.

This location is right next to the Northpark Shopping Centre, where you can find Woolsworth and Coles. This house is also in close proximity to IvyMed Clinic Northpark and various pharmacies.
